About Human Welfare And Charitable Trust

Since our establishment on 25th June 2015, Human Welfare and Charitable Trust has been silently but powerfully working towards one single goal — reaching the last person in society with education, health, dignity, and hope.

We are not just a registered trust — we are a movement. A movement driven by compassion, built on transparency, and sustained by the belief that every human being — regardless of caste, religion, gender, or economic status — deserves a life of dignity and opportunity.

Over the past 10+ years, we have worked across villages, schools, slums, and communities in Uttar Pradesh — running health camps, education drives, women empowerment programmes, skill training, food distribution, environmental campaigns, and disaster relief operations. Every initiative we run, every life we touch, every smile we create — that is our real achievement.

We are a fully registered, government-recognised, 80G & 12A approved NGO — which means every rupee donated to us is not only used for genuine social work, but is also eligible for income tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.

At Human Welfare and Charitable Trust, we do not believe in doing good for recognition. We believe in doing good because it is the right thing to do.

“Service to humanity is the highest form of worship.”

"The Principles That Guide Everything We Do"

1. 🤝 Compassion First Every decision we make, every programme we run, every person we serve — compassion is at the centre of it all. We do not see beneficiaries as statistics. We see them as human beings with dignity, dreams, and the right to a better life.

2. 🔍 Full Transparency Since day one, we have maintained complete transparency in our operations and finances. Every donation is accounted for, every rupee is tracked, and every programme is documented. Our donors deserve to know exactly how their contribution is making a difference — and we make sure they do.

3. ⚖️ Justice & Equality We serve without discrimination. Caste, religion, gender, age — none of these determine who receives our help. Every human being in need is our responsibility. We stand against injustice in every form and work to build a society where equality is not just a concept but a lived reality.

4. 💪 Empowerment Over Dependency We do not believe in creating dependency. Our goal is to empower — to give people the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to stand on their own feet and never need charity again. True service lifts people up permanently.

5. 🌍 Community First We believe that real change happens from within communities. We work with local people, local leaders, and local institutions — because the best solutions come from those who understand the ground reality.

6. 🔥 Consistent Commitment For over 10 years, through every challenge and every obstacle, our commitment to social service has never wavered. We show up — in floods, in droughts, in pandemics, in everyday struggles. Because the people who need us cannot afford for us to give up.

❤️ 4. Direct, Visible Impact At Human Welfare and Charitable Trust, you will not be pushing papers in an office. You will be in the field — distributing food, teaching children, running health camps, planting trees, and witnessing firsthand the difference your work makes in real people’s lives.

🤝 5. A Family, Not Just an Organisation When you join us, you become part of a family — a community of like-minded, compassionate individuals who believe that service is the highest purpose. We support each other, grow together, and celebrate every small victory as one team.

🌟 6. Leave a Legacy That Lasts Years from now, when a child you helped educate becomes a doctor, when a woman you empowered starts her own business, when a tree you planted provides shade to a tired traveller — you will know that your time here mattered. Join us and leave a mark that outlasts your lifetime.

“One person can make a difference — but together, we can change the world. Come, be part of something that truly matters.”
